WHAT IS ENERGY THERAPY?
Energy therapy refers to a range of techniques that work on the principle that trauma or emotional disturbance is held in the body as well as the mind, often becoming encoded in the human energy system.
Working with energy therapy techniques often involves tapping on specific meridian points (as used in acupuncture and tai chi), or touching energy centres (chakras) in a sequence.
HOW CAN ENERGY THERAPY HELP?
I find using energy therapy techniques to be a particularly gentle and powerful way of working which can bring release from issues such as:
-Anger
-Anxiety
-Grief/sadness
-Low self-esteem
-Trauma/PTSD
Through accessing the energy system, you can heal and rebalance your energy flow. This allows you to get right to the heart of the problem and to rid yourself of negative patterns and core beliefs.

II have been using EFT (tapping therapy) for many years, and in 2018 I completed a Converging Streams energy psychotherapy training which introduced me to a range of new energy therapy techniques.
There is no obligation to use energy therapy as part of our work together, however if it is something you are interested in I would be more than happy to talk you through the options available.
